Check and approve with a record
Verifiers review the PDF inside PMT, mark it up and approve it or send it back. Every move is logged with who, when and why.

Issue with a transmittal
Tick what goes to the client. PMT checks the files, copies them to the revision folder in SharePoint, fills the GRD spreadsheet and leaves the e-mail draft in your Outlook.

Sign in once and PMT builds a short path for your role, so you learn on sample projects before you touch real work.
Sign in with your Longitude account
The first time, PMT opens the Practice Environment: the same screens, with sample projects. A badge and a line on every page remind you where you are: the projects are samples and files go to a test SharePoint site, so nothing reaches a real project or a client.

Questions
Can I try PMT without touching real work?
Yes. Your first sign-in opens the Practice Environment, with sample projects. Files go to a test SharePoint site, so nothing you do there reaches a real project or a client.
Does my office keep its own conventions?
Revision, numbering and folder settings are configured per office, so documents follow the conventions your clients expect.
Can a document carry the client's number too?
Yes. PMT keeps the client's document number beside the Longitude number.
Do I book my hours in PMT?
No. You keep booking them in NetSuite. PMT imports the timesheet hours, so each document shows its hours against its budget.
How do I get access to real projects?
Request it from your path when you feel ready. The PMT team adds you to your office's projects, usually on the same working day.
Who to ask
Every office has a PMT super-user. After you sign in, your home page shows who yours is and lets you book time with them.
